Former Ellsworth resident, Hope Milliken McNally created a scholarship program for graduates of Ellsworth High
School who attend Eastern Maine Community College.
Scholarship Criteria:
1.
Ellsworth High School Graduate.
2.
Enrolled in EMCC credit classes offered at the Hancock County Higher Education Center.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR SCHOLARSHIP APPLICANTS
AWARDING AND DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS

Scholarship is awarded after EMCC receives:
a
Hope Milliken McNally application.
b
High School transcript confirming graduation from Ellsworth High School.

Awards based on the date scholarship application and transcript is received by EMCC Financial Aid
Office.

If funds are expended, remaining eligible applicants are placed on a wait list and awarded, when funds
become available.

Scholarship may be used to pay tuition, fees and books for two credit classes taken at the Hancock
County Higher Education Center.
