Fill-in application form Graduation

Prepare ppt-presentation for Graduation.
Two options:
a) if there are less than 6 students: each student prepares a short presentation (5-11 min)
b) if there are 6 or more students: group of students prepares a presentation (2 or 3
speakers) (appr. 30min), (please contact the programme coordinator for more detailed information)

Inform your supervisor (graduation-date; speech!; all students will get an short personal speech)

Make an appointment for exit-interview, with your programme coordinator
Please submit all marks and printed versions of thesis and literature-study at Student Service Center, SSC,
MF room - A 114, attn. Research Masters (Oncology or Cardiovascular)
Extension of your registration
In the event if you cannot finalize your studies in August, you need to extend your registration to the university and pay tuition
fee for the new academic year again. In the new academic year you can apply for your diploma at any date by handing in the
forms.
Deregistration
When you finish your studies, you need to deregister. This is especially important if you finish during the academic year; your
deregistration is effective from the first month following the date of your graduation. From that month onwards, you will no
longer be required to pay tuition fees. Any excess payment of tuition fees will be transferred to your bank. account. If you finish
your studies in July or August the full tuition fee applies to you, and you will be deregistered automatically. Information about
deregistration moved to VUnet (accessible with VUnet-id).
