DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (NEONATAL UNIT)
 Maintain higher possible standards of aseptic techniques in the unit.
 Admission of newborns.
 Neonatal observations including vital sings.
 Monitoring the respiratory pattern and the necessary implementations.
 Hygiene &Safety of Neonates.
 Identify &Safety the Nutritional needs.
 Administration of medicines, Intravenous fluid &Sample collection prevention of temperature
various using radient heat warmer /Incubators.
 New born care.
 CPR.
 Care of babies under phototherapy.
 Assistance with endotracheal intubations, Tracheostomy &Post procedure care.
 Ventilator care including suctioning.
 Assisting with exchange transfusion.
 Prepare new born & Assist in procedure like X –ray, Echo, CT-Scan, USG, NSG, Echo
