Department Profile for Intensive Care Unit – St. Clare Hospital Lakewood, WA # of beds: 10 beds Average Daily Census: 8.32 Patient Care Team: Primary Care Nursing What: Very diverse unit that serves a high population of patients whose primary diagnoses is respiratory failure, coronary disease, gastrointestinal disorders, vascular/orthopedic surgeries, acute diabetics, CVA and septicemia Shift Rotations: 12 hour- 3 day/week- (Days- 7a-7:30p) (Nights-7p7:30a) Experience: Prefer one-two years experience in an Intensive Care/StepDown unit, along with current ACLS.
