DIAGNOSIS: SB 5902 Charles Lombard, El Camino Hospital 45-year-old male with circumscribed indurated area on right buccal mucosa with difficulty opening mouth (tightness). Clinical Dx: r/o scleroderma. DIAGNOSIS: SB 5903 Ada Chan; O’Connor Hospital 89-year-old female with 1 month history of vague abdominal pain and diffuse retroperitoneal, mediastinal, axillary, and inguinal lymphadenopathy. Inguinal lymph node excision performed. DIAGNOSIS: SB 5904 Michael DiMaio/Teri Longacre; Stanford 42-year-old female with 5.1cm mass in gastric antrum. DIAGNOSIS: SB 5905 Vanessa Ma/Alexander Borowsky; UC Davis 23-year-old male with asthma and developmental delay presented with back pain, abdominal pain, poor appetite, and unintentional weight loss of 30lbs in 3 months. CT showed a 9.2cm heterogenously enhancing necrotic right retroperitoneal mass centered on the right kidney. The mass involved and obliterated the distal IVC. DIAGNOSIS: SB 5906 Vanessa Ma/John Bishop/Hooman Rashidi; UC Davis 64-year-old male with history of relapsed hairy cell leukemia, now complaining of dysphagia for 5-6 months. Physical exam showed left tonsillar fossa erythema. Imaging showed an ulcerated large mass involving left tonsillar fossa, pyriform sinus, vallecula. DIAGNOSIS: SB 5907 Thuy Cam/Grace Kim; UCSF 9-week-old ex-term baby boy with a 1-month history of jaundice. Liver biopsy. DIAGNOSIS: SB 5908 Thuy Cam/Charles Zaloudek; UCSF 45-year-old male with 2 month history of early satiety, decreased appetite, weight loss, and night sweats who presents for acute abdominal pain. CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis demonstrates multifocal omental caking, cardiophrenic lymphadenopathy, and a questionable annular lesion of the sigmoid colon. Omental biopsy performed. DIAGNOSIS: SB 5909 Ryan Johnson/Daniel Arber; Stanford 45-year-old male with progressive bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy without fevers or chills but with minor weight loss. Cervical lymph node excision performed. DIAGNOSIS: SB 5910 Ryan Johnson/Robert Ohgami/Christina Kong; Stanford 18-year-old female with no past medical history presented with large anterior mediastinal mass compressing aorta, pulmonary arteries, and left mainstem bronchus. Mediastinal fine/core biopsy performed.
