Closing date: Monday, 13th of January (or earlier if show is full). Absolutely NO late entries will be accepted. The onus is on
you to confirm receipt of entry.

Graded Entry fee:
R180 per test for Prelim classes (includes R10.00 DSA Levy, R4.50 EDS, R30.00 ground levy,
R20.00 Official fee, R10 medical levy incl. VAT.)
R190.00 per test for all other classes (includes 45.00 DSA Levy, R4.50 EDS, R30.00 ground levy,
R20.00 Official fee, R10 medical levy)
A R20.00 levy per entry is payable if making a cash deposit
Training Entry fee:
R120 per test for all classes (R30.00 ground levy, R20.00 Official fee, R10 medical levy.)
A R20.00 levy per entry is payable if making a cash deposit
SHEC members:
a R10 discount on all classes are applicable to all registered SHEC members.

Note:
1) Prelim classes are open to Entry Level or Full members, all other classes
are open to Full members only. ALL horses must be registered.
2) All current Dressage SA and SAEF dressage rules apply.
3) Tests to be ridden are SAEA 2010 tests except for PR E and PR EM which are the 2012 tests and
A/J P which are the 2013 tests.
4) Horses scratched before closing date: Entry fee refunded less 20% admin fee. No refund of entry fee
for horses scratched after closing date.
5) NO DOGS ALLOWED
6) Running of classes and pools allocated to Saturday or Sunday will be dependent on number
of entries.

!PLEASE ENTER EARLY! - Entries will be restricted on a first come, first served basis
and are limited to 50 entries per day. Entries sent without proof of payment and vice a versa
will be discarded, as will incomplete entry forms! Please confirm receipt of entries.
In addition to competing in its grade, a horse/pony may compete in one grade higher than that in which it is registered. Any points gained will be recorded in the
horse’s own grade. A horse may compete in one grade lower than that in which it is registered. It will score 95% of the score achieved and will receive no
grading points.
Horses may ride in only two grades and may do a maximum of 2 tests per day.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel, combine and restrict classes.
Indemnity: Canterbrooke Equestrian Estate, nor their representatives shall be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft or injury to horses, riders, appointed
officials, the public or their property whatsoever.
Passport checks will be conducted. Make sure you have your horse’s passport and that all vaccinations are up to date.
