Dear Colleagues
I should like to invite you to a Hammersmith and Fulham SENCo Network Meeting at Fulham
Cross Girls’ School on Wednesday 2nd December from 2.30pm to 4pm.
The meeting will be an opportunity to hear from:


Fiona Phelps the Tri-Borough Head of SEN Casework and Commissioning who will talk
about the transfer review process and give SEN updates. There will also be an opportunity
to ask any questions you may have.
Juan Moreno who is a UKCP registered Systemic Family Psychotherapist with many years'
experience working in a variety of settings including NHS Child and Adolescent Mental
Health Services (CAMHS), Schools, Children's Centres, and voluntary sector organisations.
Juan will be talking about his work and how he could support learners in your schools.
