MARCH 4, 2015 – MEMBERSHIP DAY #116 - ROTATION DAY 4
STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS:
TO ALL WIND ENSEMBLE MEMBERS:
Reminder that there IS before school Wind Ensemble rehearsal is THIS Friday,
MARCH 6, 2015 at 6:45 AM. Meet in the auditorium. See you Friday at before
school rehearsal.
TO ALL JAZZ BAND MEMBERS:
Reminder that there IS Jazz Band this Thursday evening, March 5, 2015.

Thursday / Friday
1. Should there be a 2 hour delay for the Neshaminy School District on Thursday or Friday, we will
attempt to begin the festival as close to the scheduled start time as possible in each of the host
buildings. School districts should arrive as close to the 10:00 AM start time as their district
transportation will allow. (If there is a 2 hour delay, Poquessing BCMEA students will report to the
main office lobby at 11:00 AM as the Neshaminy bus will arrive at 11:15 AM to take them to Maple
Point Middle School. BCMEA Students need to have their BCMEA music folder, a packed lunch, their
instrument, filled-out medical form from their folder, coat, etc.) Return time is still leaving Maple
Point MS at 4:30 PM for a return to Poquessing. Once back at Poquessing, students will have a parent
pick-up or take the 5:00 PM after school bus home)
2. If the Neshaminy School District is closed on Thursday the festival will begin on Friday per the
established schedule. (Pick-up at Poquessing at 9:15 AM. Students report to the main lobby by 9:00
AM with their BCMEA music folder, a packed lunch, their instrument, filled-out medical form from
their folder, coat, etc.)
Festival Concerts
At this time, the weather looks good for Friday and Saturday. If that should change, the Neshaminy
School District staff and officers of BCMEA will evaluate the circumstances and provide further
contingency plans as necessary to address the situation.

THURSDAY, March 5th
No Lessons during the school day, Mrs. Boccuti is at the BCMEA County Festival. There
IS evening Jazz Band (Thursday, March 5th) from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
FRIDAY, March 6th
No lessons during the school day, Mrs. Boccuti is at the BCMEA County Festival.
There IS before school Wind Ensemble rehearsal at 6:45 AM.
