The SOUL (Sharing Our Untimely Losses) Support Groups These meetings are for parents who experience
miscarriage, stillbirth and newborn death. Meetings occur twice a month: Butterworth Hospital - 4th Monday of the
month 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Guild Room and Blodgett Hospital - 2nd Thursday of the month, 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.,

Identify the Site Coordinator to be the contact at the site. The Site Coordinator will be responsible for all
continuing education requirements and documents.

Identify and coordinate with your Technical Support Coordinator who will be establishing connections.

Provide communication/posting of flyer to notify potential participants.
