To facilitate the process of students’ learning, I appreciate very much if you would prepare the students the
following items before the Workshop:
1. Student Workbook
 Please print and distribute Student Manuals to individual students.
 You have an option to print out either the English or Bilingual version.
 Please ask students to read the five decisions, mainly on pg. 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 so that they have
an overall idea on what they will be doing.
 Student Workbook will be sent to you in the separate email.
2. Things to bring
 Student Workbook
 Calculator
 Pens/Pencil
 Papers
3. Briefing for the Workshop Rules
 Registration starts at 0845. Therefore kindly please ask students to be punctual because the
course materials are quite packed and we will have to send the students home once the
Workshop has started.
 We will order the lunch boxes for the students. If you come across any students who may drop
out in the last minute on or before 26-Oct due to other errands or emergencies, kindly please call
me. We appreciate very much for your kind understanding of our non-profitable basis and we
will do our best to maximize the benefits of the resources from our sponsors.
