Students will remain in the first half of their hybrid period for the entire period.
Note: If more time is needed, these exams may begin on Tuesday, January 20
Special Note for Tuesday, January 20, & Wednesday, January 21: BCRs and oral exams only may be given during class time.

7:45 – 10:00 Period 1/2 Exam*

10:00 – 10:15 Snack Break for classrooms on first lunch shift

1. Kent Island High School students will depart from QACHS at 12:35 p.m to arrive at KIHS at 1:05 for dismissal
2. Teachers at the MC and Annex who have planning during first period exam (Period 1/2 Exam) are to report to the cafeteria for lunch duty.
3. Students having snack on the first break will return to their exam class following snack. Students on the second snack break will move to their next exam
period following snack.

*9th grade students having period 5/6 class at the main campus get off the bus in the morning at the main campus. They will NOT report to the Annex
** 9th grade students having period 7/8 class at the main campus will have their snack break at the annex (10:00-10:30), board the bus and come to the MC
at 10:30AM. Upon arrival to the main campus they will be held until 10:45 when they can then report to their last period exam.
January 26 is the make-up day for finals which will take place in the media center at KIHS Main Campus.
Students will have to provide their own transportation to and from school to make-up their final exam.
