9th Grade Western Conference Basketball Tournament
Location: Mitchell High School Gymnasium & Mitchell Elementary Gymnasium
Boys will be at the Elementary and the Girls will be at the high school
(Boys and Girls location will alternate every year 2014 = Girls@ Elementary Boys @High school)
Date: December 5th, 2015
Teams: Alliance, Chadron, Gering, Mitchell, Scottsbluff & Sidney
Cost: $50.00 per school
Games: 2 games (6 minute quarters). Game times are approximate; warm-ups for following games will begin
immediately following conclusion of previous game.
Rosters: Please e-mail rosters to Jimmie Rhodes by Wednesday, December 3th.
Locker Rooms: Locker rooms will be limited, please plan accordingly. (Especially for teams playing at the
elementary school.)
Home/Away: Home team will be first team listed on the match-ups and will wear lighter colored uniform.
Home team will also be the official scorebook for the game.
Admission Prices: Adults: $5.00 and Students $4.00. Admission will be good for both locations. Passes will
not be accepted for tournament play.
Warm-Up: Maximum 12 minute warm up will be utilized between games. Warm-ups will begin immediately
following previous game.
Hospitality Room: Food and beverages will be provided for coaches and bus drivers.
