ACHIEVEMENTS
• HHRA is a voluntary organisation
• To date approximately £80,000 has been raised and spent as follows:
• Surfacing the path adjacent to Church Lane.
• Negotiating and funding the new path over Oyster Hill with the permission of
the National Trust.
• Negotiation and funding the new bridleway at Addlestead Farm, opposite
Loretta Lodge with the permission of Michael O’Brian.
• Negotiating and clearing the footpath on the Church Lane Bends to allow
riders the use of it with the permission of Headley Parish Council.
• Repair of Bridleway BP492 on Headley Heath.
• Purchase of one vehicle activated speed sign in Headley Village.
• Removal old fencing spikes on the paths leading to Mickleham.
• Clearance of site lines where bridleways join roads and cutting back
overgrown paths.
• Negotiation and funding of new bridleway adjoining Mill Way, Mickleham
with permission of Mr. Mackworth-Praed.
• Negotiation of bollards under M25 bridge of Headley Road with SCC.
• Negotiation with Headley Court for perimeter bridleway.
• Negotiation and funding new track on Headley Heath and mounting blocks to
help riders avoid some of the gates when the perimeter fence was installed.
• Resurfacing main bridleway on Headley Heath leading to the stony hill (currently being done).

For Your Information
•Indoor test arena 20x40m and outdoor warm up (not before 10am please).
•Please read the Rules & Conditions before completing & signing the entry
form.
•All tests open to members and non-members, space permitting.
•No horse may compete more than twice
•Rosettes to 6th place.
•Parking at Saddlecombe is very limited. Cars/boxes please park in lower car
park by indoor school, and do not block in Saddlecombe residents/liveries.
•Parking at Headley Park Farm by arrangement.
•Please pick up all droppings and do not leave litter.
•No dogs allowed out of vehicles.

•PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO HHRA MEMBERS
•CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES MONDAY before the competition OR WHEN
FULL
•We regret no telephone entries can be accepted.
•HC entries are welcome for those who may be overqualified – at your
discretion please.
•Entry fees per test: £10.00 members £12.00 non-members
•Cheques should be made payable to Headley Heath Riders’ Association.

Times will be available on the website from 6pm on the Thursday before the
competition. Results will also be available on our website:

Rules & Conditions
1. Run under British Dressage Rules. The decision of the judge is final.
2. Disclaimer: Neither the organiser, secretary nor Saddlecombe Stud accept
liability for any claims in respect of accident, damage, theft or illness. All
owners, competitors and riders should have their own 3rd party insurance
to cover these eventualities whilst participating in equestrian events.
3. The organisers reserve the right to reject or cancel an entry made by any
person or cancel any class (refunding any fees paid less £2 per competitor
to cover administrative expenses). The organisers reserve the right to
amend the schedule as necessary.
4. Everyone mounted, whether a competitor or not, must wear a hard hat
conforming to BSEN1384 or PAS105 or ASTM F1163. Chin straps must be
done up when mounted. Appropriate riding clothes must be worn by
competitors.
5. The organisers reserve the right to eliminate any competitor who in their
opinion, places him/herself or others in any danger or who fails to observe
the rules in this schedule.
