Extended Day Offerings 2011 Fall Semester This semester we are offering the highest number of clubs and activities that we have ever hosted! I hope you can find one or more clubs below for your child. Unless otherwise stated the times for clubs will all be from 3:00-4:00 and they will run until the end of the first full week in December (closing on Friday, December 9). Some clubs start next week while others start the week of September 12. Please fill out the half-sheet sign-up form and return if you are interested in having your child participate in one or more of the clubs. Some clubs have limited space and may fill up quickly. Be sure to check the applicable grade levels below to be sure your child fits the description. We will send you a confirmation once the club lists are set and your child has been enrolled. Please wait for the confirmation before presuming attendance at the club. Payment will be due when you get your confirmation. Young Buddies: All students in preschool and kindergarten who are in school after the 2:30 dismissal will go to a separate after school program geared solely for that age group. They will stay in the school’s basement gymnasium from dismissal until 4:30 under the care of a school staff member and/or volunteers. They will do artwork, puzzles, read, and play games. Cost will be the same as the standard extended day program - $3.60 per hour. You do not need to sign up separately for this club. Girl Scouts: This group of girls will meet together to do crafts, team activities, and other girl scout projects. For dates, times, and costs, please contact the troop leaders listed below. It is open to students in grades 1-8. You can either pay $65 which will cover all club participation until December 9 or pay on a per usage basis of $4 per session. Students should bring their own class work or homework to each session.
