REMINDERS.
 Please note that nuts or foods containing nut traces are not permitted in school. This facilitates those
children with a nut allergy.
 Punctuality - It is important that all children are in school on time. Children should assemble in the yard
shortly before 9.00a.m. Supervision is provided in the yard each morning from 8.45a.m. Children should not
come to the yard before that time for safety reasons as they will not be supervised.
 Kildare County Council have withdrawn the Lollipop crossing service on the Maynooth Road. We would ask
you to remind children to exercise caution when crossing and to use the pedestrian crossing provided.
 We ask parents to keep the pathway marked in yellow clear when children are exiting. For safety reasons we
ask that you do not wait at the steps outside the staff car park.
 Parents are requested to leave all messages for their children with the office and not to call to the classrooms
except in exceptional circumstances or when collecting a child early.
 If your child is absent from school, it is not necessary to telephone the school. A short note in your child’s
homework journal on his/her return will suffice.
 We ask parents to label all items of clothing clearly for easy identification if mislaid.
