A MEETING OF THE AREA COMMITTEE WILL BE HELD ON
MONDAY 12th JANUARY 2004 at 7.00pm

SUNNYHILL ROAD, PARKSTONE, POOLE.

The Committee will comprise the Councillors for the Alderney Ward (Councillors
Dugdale, Meachin and Trent), the Branksome East Ward (Councillors Mrs Hillman
and Pethen), the Branksome West Ward (Councillors Eades and Mrs Lavender) and
the Canford Cliffs Ward (Councillors Mrs Deas, Smith and Sorton).
Councillor Mrs Lavender will Chair this meeting.

DORSET SAFETY CAMERA PARTNERSHIP
A presentation will be made to the Area Committee by the Dorset Safety
Camera Partnership on progress made during the first full year of operation of
the cost recovery arrangements (attached).

JUBILEE ROAD/DUNFORD ROAD
To consider concerns from the Jubilee Road Residents’ Association on the
traffic situation in Jubilee Road and Dunford Road. (Submitted by Councillor
Eades).
