Overcoming high variety and incompatibility of different certifications (IFC, BIM
standards) , dynamic and static factors (HVAC, BMS, occupant behavior, sensors,
complex interactions)
Integrate the new standardized Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) to the final solution
Find the best balance between semantic models development and automization.
Fine characterization of the building envelope and possible deviations before development
of a holistic, knowledge based approach that matches all dynamic and no-dynamic
building factors, the buildings geometry and objects, occupancy and behavior models,
sensitivity and specific constraints.
