Pulse Plasma Concept
PRINICIPAL
 EPI Plasma is a Thermal Process.
 Aluminum & Copper Oxide powder is
energized in milliseconds to a Plasma
stage using Electrostatic Power Impulse
(EPI) Generator.
 Process generates the heat & impact
wave to crack & break the rock.

 Impact Cells:

2Al + 3Cuo = Al2O3 + 3Cu + 1197 KJ
 Plasma Cells & EPI are patented worldwide including
US, Europe, Japan, Australia, Korea etc
PROCESS
 Drill holes of 51 mm to a depth of 3 meter
 Insert Plasma cells
 Plug the hole using seal & sand bags
 Energized Electro Power Impactor (EPI) using 30 KVA
Generator.
 Provide Pulse to Plasma Cells from EPI
 Remove the Fragmented Rock using normal Excavator
