VALLEY BEATER is intended for testing disintegration, beating or mixing of pulp under
standardized conditions.
A measured amount of pulp of specified stock concentration is beaten between the bars
of the roll and the bedplate of a valley beater. Samples of beaten pulp are taken at
certain intervals during the beating and formed test sheets from samples are applied
under standard tests.

FEATURES :
This bench mounting electronic tensile tester was ergonomically
designed to provide a compact, low –cost, functional unit which is quick
and easy to operate. It gives extremely high accuracy and yet is robust
enough for routine quality control testing. The twin –column designing

measurement system utilizes a four figure peak-picking digital voltmeter

For Laboratory production of chemical pulp. Provided with six
autoclaves, pressure tested, each of 2.5 liter suitable for
300/350gm bone-dry wood rotate in forced hot air with
precise temperature control to monitor cooking behave of
different raw materials. The unit is easy to operate and boiling
parameter precisely controlled to insure good repeatability.
The autoclave bomb can be quickly cooled by using cold
water spray on it after completion of cycle. Digital temp-cumcontroller precisely control the temperature range upto2000C. The rotation with change in turning direction provide
efficient agitation to the samples.
