In Wave 14, ESP4SP customers were granted FAST Search for SharePoint
(FS4SP) licenses
If a customer has attached SA to the Wave 14 grants of FS4SP, they will
gain access to SharePoint Server 2013 through SA Migration
Grant SharePoint Standard CALs with limited use rights. Use rights will
be limited to enterprise search capabilities of SharePoint Server 2013
