Our point of view We all support this project after we have finished our on-site observation.Refer to our photos, the living condition there is very bad due to long history. The buildings are very old and shabby.Facilities are lacking,no lift and toilet, as well. Moreover , we all see that the roads and streets in these area are narrow and winding. Traffic congestion is very easy to occur. Also, the public toilets there are extremely dirty. The sanitation and hygiene are very bad. We all think redevelopment can solve these problems. Conclusion There are many old buildings in Yuen Man Fong . The government will carry out the Kwun Tong Town Centre Project and will rebuild this area to improve the environment of the community . However , there are some residents do not support this project . It is because they think the project will destroy the local color . Also , they don’t want to leave there . But we think that the project is good for them. The project can improve the condition of Kwun Tong .It can build up a good and comfortable condition for them . And after the redevelopment , they can have more chance to earn money . So we support the project. Member list Tze Shing Hei(leader) (11) Chan Chun Kit (1) Ho Ting Him (6) Hui Yin (7) Lin Yan Hon (8)
