I wasn’t looking forward to having to deal with an HMO for one of our patients for PA, until I started dealing with the employees. And one that particularly stands out is Lisa Kimbrough – but they are all great. Everybody’s very efficient, they call you back, there’s no attitude; it doesn’t drag out. Blue Cross should hire your staff.” - Sharon Ballor, Applewood Rehab, Marketing & Admission Director “It is good to know IlliniCare is so dedicated to the health of its members.
