If you are unable to make an appointment, please let us know so that we may offer the appointment to another patient. It may not always be possible to see patients who arrive late for their appointments, and if you are late you may be asked to re-book. On occasions appointments may fall behind due to emergency consultations or home visits, in which case our Receptionists will inform you of any delays.
