reports for OhioHealth Physicians and
Management
For this, she gathers data from many systems
She stores the data in an Access database so she can re-identify the patients and massage the data for reporting
She gets the demographic information from Athena
She gets mortality report from DSS/EPSI system and OB paper report from McKesson Star
She gets Pay for Performance (Health4) data from MGO’s Valence product in excel files
She downloads data from NCQA website for physicians participating in Diabetes and Heart/Stroke programs
She downloads Patient satisfaction data from Press Ganey website

She downloads reports from STS and ACC websites for Stroke and Heart metrics
She would like to generate metrics for orthopedic care including total cost for procedures such as knee/hip surgery
For that she would like access to integrated information from cost, EMR, Lab and pharmacy systems but does not
She manipulates this all manually in spreadsheets to generate the reports and scorecard
She would like to create the scorecard monthly but It is so time consuming that she does this only once a quarter
