To be implemented using the e-Procurement system developed by National Informatics Centre - GePNIC. Fund of Rs 2.5 Crores released till date. National Informatics Centre Services Incorporated (NICSI) will assist in implementation of the system. Implementing State will only have to take care of the front-end infrastructure requirements such as PCs and Internet connectivity.
