USING KSWAN SERVICES



Departments need to provide KSWAN User name
and user-id to avail KSWAN services
Departments need to register GBC users
Username and Password should be given by the
department for Dial-up connection


Nominate a technical representative for co-ordination
with Helpdesk for getting connected to KSWAN.
Provide proper UPS power to all KSWAN equipments.

Provide UPS power to run the equipment.
 Keep the equipments (Router/Switch/LANExtender/Radios/IP Phones) switched on 24x7.
 Ensure Security of the devices.
 Contact Helpdesk team for any technical guidance.
 Place request to Helpdesk for relocating the
equipment.

