Page 16.14 The small but effective corner radius of our new series SAR type carbide burrs ensures a smooth first contact of the burr onto the die, avoiding the burr to ”bite” into the material and uncontrollably running off causing a damaged die. The SAR-type burrs are available in cut 6 or cut 8. Our STV and STTV line t-slot cutters are manufactured from one piece of solid carbide material. This is unique in the market and provides a 100% accuracy (run out) and a safer tool because there is no brazing that could break loose due to excessive heat from the cutting process.
