PDEX is an end-user tool which uses the
WebServices interface to the API to load Excel
data into OPPM
PDLU is a scheduled batch process capable of
importing (from System A in the diagram) and
exporting (to System B) data to data files in a
format defined by the associated xml configuration
file. PDLU runs on the OPPM application server and
directly accesses the OPPM API
