BARDUNANVISERE.
AMO Kraft AS fører tradisjonen videre og har fra 1 januar 2012 overtatt salg og markedsføring av Espedalen AS
bardunanvisere i Norge og Sverige,
Espedalen AS ble etablert i 1959 og har således en unik erfaring hva gjelder design/utforming/levetid og tilpassede løsninger
for energimarkedet.





Bardunanvisere er fremstillet av blanke, nøyaktige og godt fargemarkerte PvC-rør
Bardunanviserne er tilvirket i en UV-stabilisert høyslagfast PVC. Råvarens formulering er utviklet med den hensikt å
gi en lang levetid mot vær og vind. Målsettingen for langsiktig funksjonsstabilitet har vært 30 år og vedlikeholdsfrihet
20 år.
Værbestandigheten har blitt testet gjennom en akkselerert aldring i klimaskap med xenon lampe i henhold til ISO
4892 med blakkpaneltemperatur 45 C +/- 3 grader. Relativ fuktighet 50 +/- 5%, og en totalbestrålning 1,2 MW
s/kvadratcentimeter.
Farge masterbatch leveres i en lysekte kvalitet som er tilpasset PVC resepten.
Spennings-elektrisk motstand 4*10 ohm/cm. Bardunanviseren er dermed fremragende til isolering og skjerming av
spenning-systemer.
REN anbefalinger går ut på at anvisere skal vær gul/sort ,men rød/hvit utførelse skaffes.
NYHET: Ved etablering av ny salgskanal har vi nå også utviklet bardunanvisre GUL/SORT i sett :
4x50,0cm = 2m
6x33,3 cm =2m
8x25,0cm.=2m
Dette vil underlette transport,systempakker og lagerhold.

Transformer bushing fixing is one of the significant areas where specialized
equipment should be used to provide:
- low losses to conductivity
- wide range of applicable cable types
- ease of application and accessibility
Some of the major faults which have an impact on damage of the transformer
come from inapropriate temperature of transformer bushings according to low quality
materials used on bushing clamps. It is essential to establish efficient connection
between transformer bushing and cables, using right methods. Competent fixing is also
crucial to power loss and is strictly connected with materials and manufacturing methods.
The most common ways to produce clamps are: casting and drop forging.
As castings are often still being affected with many faults, the more efficient and
reliable method is drop forging. It may be still more costly on production, it will pay back
when fitted on transformer. Our high quality clamps have been designed to meet the most
demandful needs and provide simple, functional connection between transformer and
output cables. High purity of materials and advanced production used in our products will
result in energy saving.
According to our research where our product TOGA1 2x240 sq.mm was exposed
to I=500A during 3h period at T=20 degrees Celsius, we received following readings:
- max voltage loss - ?U=5mV
- max opeerating temperature = 33 degrees Celsius
- resistance = 0,000014 Ohm
- dissipated power = 2,5W

3.5. Transformer vibration dampers.
Vibration dampers are intended for use on reduction of vibration and noise of transformer. Specially
designed construction and materials provide an excellent attenuation to transformer’s operational
vibrations.
3.5.1. WOT type vibration dampers.

Construction characteristics: Aluminium body, damping insert of
high ant-vibration properties.
Application:
Installation of wheeled transformers.
Application method:
Transformer should be lifted by apropriate device and lowered onto
vibration dampers.
It is highly recommended to fix the dampers to the floor.

- up to 120 mm - WPK 1,
- above 120 mm - WPK 2
2. Nominal withstand load:
- up to 9 kN (WPK x/9)
- between 9-12 kN (WPK x/12)
