SintoMANN agglutinates isolated strains of Vibrio
ordalii and atypical Aeromonas salmonicida
¹ Bacteria were cultivated in Luria agar and TSA agar
(Tripticase Soy agar).
² After incubation, 2 bacterial suspensions were produced:
0.25 (7.5X107) and 0.50 McFarland scale (1.5X108
bacteria/ml).
Negative(-): absence of agglutination reaction.
Mild reaction (+): focal agglutination reaction
Moderate reaction (++): diffuse agglutination reaction.
