A National Breeding Cattle Championship will be held by Izmir Breeding Cattle
Breeders Association. In this organisation , the winner cattle from other breeding cattle
contests will compete.
AUCTION SALES
In the Fair which is going to be held the first time in Turkey,
the female calves, milk cattle, heifers, sheep and goats will
be exhibited and sold in auctions.
IMPORT MILK CATTLE AUCTIONS
Cattle breeds which are not available in Turkey will be brought from US and
Europe to be exhibited and will be sold in auctions after the shows

customers. In addition to modern equipments, the experience and the vision of the

offices in Turkey in order to arrange transportations for the participants across
the nation.

International Advertising
• We send more than 20.000 brochures abroad
• Our introductory film is vocalized in 3 languages and with the brochures
they are transmitted to the target participants abroad
• Our Fairs are advertised by contacting the embassies, consulates
agricultural attaches, etc.
• Especially the potential customers from Europe, Asia, Middle Asia,
Balkans and North Africa countries are invited. We work together
with the air transport companies, tourism agencies and various hotels
in Izmir, in order to encourage the foreign visitors and members of
purchasing commitee and their needs are provided by Platform Fair
Organizations.
Purchasing commitees from the various countries are
visiting the fair and thus new import&export business
relationships will be established during the bilateral
negotiatons.
By the Exporters’ Associations, organizations for Trade
Commitees are held. Our fair is promoted by visiting the
livestock fairs abroad. Guidance services are provided for the

Veterinary and Animal Health Section
In this section animals are seperated as the cattle and small ruminants in 2
groups. On the other hand to be able to ensure the hygiene, all the visitors of
this section will have to enter through the special disinfectant pools.

Animal Paddocks
In this section there are 25 paddocks of 100 squaremeters
Every paddock is capable of fitting up to 10 animals and their cleaning will be
made periodically 2 times a day
Animal Baths Section
In this field in order to protect and keep well-groomed the animals coming
from different locations of Turkey and other countries, there will be periodic
care services by the professional staff in fair .
Milk Cooling Tanks
Animals will be milked everyday periodically and the milk is going to be
preserved in cooling tanks.
DEMONSTRATION AREA
Visitors will have a chance to have a closer view and try the machinery
and tools which are exhibited in the field.
