1 ఏ నిరుపేద కుట ుంబాలు (ఎస్.సి/ఎస్.టి.కులానికి చుందని
నిరుపేదలతో సహా) సుంఘుం బయట ఉుండరాదు – (EQUITY)
2 సెర్ప్ అమలు చేసే అనిి పధకాలు/కారయకరమాలల లబ్ది దారులు
75శాతుం నిరుపేద కుట ుంబాలే (ఎస్.సి/ఎస్.టి.కులానికి చుందని
నిరుపేదలతో కలిపి) ఉుండాలి - (EQUITY)
3 సెర్ప్ అమలు చేసే అనిి పధకాలు/కారయకరమాలు గ్ారమాలల
గ్రామసంఘాల ద్వారర మాతరమే అమలు జరగ్ాలి.
4 సెర్ప్ అమలు చేసే అనిి పధకాలు/కారయకరమాలు ఉత్వాదకత

తీసుకునిఅపప్లకి కూడా) వచేే ముుందే కుట ంబ జీవనోపరధి
ప్రణవళిక లేద్వ కుట ంబ పెటు బడి ప్రణవళికలు తయారు చేస్థ ఉండవలి.
పరణాళికల తయారీ నుుంచి ఆసుిల కల్న వరకు
సి.సిలు/ఎ.పి.ఎమ్.లు నిరుంతరుం ఫెసిలిటేషన్ అుందుంచాలి
8 సుంఘాలల అపప్ల దాారా కొనుకుునిపశువపలనిిుంటికి
(అనిిరకాల అపప్ల దాారా) తప్నిసరిగ్ా ప్శువుల బీమా చేయాలి

కంప్యయటర్ప /టాబలలట్/మొబలైల్ ద్వారర స్ేకరించి రిపో రుులు అప్ డేట్
చేయవల ను.(TRANSACTION BASED SOFTWARE)
