General terms and conditions of the “Sennheiser SENNSATIONAL
CAMPAIGN”
Article 1: Definitions
In these General Terms and Conditions, the terms below will have the following
meaning, unless explicitly indicated otherwise:
a. provider: “Sennheiser Nederland B.V.”, with its registered office in
Amsterdam and registered with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry
under number 39058009;
b. website: the website www.sennheiser.nl/sennsational
c. participant: the end user who concludes a participation agreement with the
provider via the website;
d. participation period: 6 October up to and including 31 December 2014.
e. agreement: the participation agreement concluded between the participant
and the provider;
f. “Sennheiser SENNSATIONAL CAMPAIGN”: the promotional game of
chance offered by the provider;
g. winner: the participant who has won a prize;
h. participation: applying for an experience pack on the website and writing a
review.
Article 2: General
2.1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to the agreement as referred to
in Article 1e of these General Terms and Conditions.
2.2. If one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are void or
are declared void, the remaining provisions of the General Terms and
Conditions will continue to apply in full. If such is the case, the parties will be
obliged to change or replace the invalid provisions with other provisions in
such a manner that these provisions will be binding, which change or
replacement must take place in such a manner that the new text of the
provisions constitutes the smallest possible deviation from the original
provisions and which change or replacement must be effective while taking
into account the objective and purpose of these provisions.
2.3. These General Terms and Conditions and other information concerning the
“Sennheiser SENNSATIONAL CAMPAIGN” can be found on the campaign
page.
Article 3: Term of participation
Participation in the “Sennheiser SENNSATIONAL CAMPAIGN” is possible from
6 October up to and including 31 December 2014.
Article 4: Object of the promotional game of chance
The object of the “Sennheiser SENNSATIONAL CAMPAIGN” is to test several
professional headsets and speakerphones of the Sennheiser brand.
Article 5: Rules
5.1. The end user is informed of the campaign via a reseller mailing.
5.2. Participants are required to register at the website
www.sennheiser.nl/sennsational by completing the designated registration
form.
5.3. Participation in the “Sennheiser SENNSATIONAL CAMPAIGN” is entirely
free of charge.
5.4. Participants are required to enter their unique reseller code in the
registration form as well.
5.5. Persons below the age of 16 require the approval of one of their legal
representatives in order to be able to participate in the “Sennheiser
SENNSATIONAL CAMPAIGN”.
5.6. The provider reserves the right to exclude the participant from further
participation and/or to disqualify the participant if the relevant participant
acts contrary to these General Terms and Conditions in any way or
otherwise acts unlawfully towards the provider or third parties, or if the
provider has reason to assume that the participant will act contrary to these
General Terms and Conditions in any way or otherwise act unlawfully
towards the provider or third parties, such to be decided exclusively by the
provider.
5.7. The provider reserves the right to change these rules unilaterally.
Article 6: Prizes
6.1. The winners will win a TW steel watch of their choice within the range of
offered models, whereby they will be able to choose from four preselected
watches.
6.2. The provider makes available a total of 6 prizes as referred to in Article 6.1.
6.3. All prizes are net. Any tax (on games of chance) will be paid by the provider.
6.4. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash in any way.
Article 7: Prize distribution
7.1. The participant will be informed by the provider whether s/he has been
designated a winner shortly after the campaign ends. The provider will
inform the participants how the prize will be made available within two
weeks after the end of the ‘Sennheiser SENNSATIONAL CAMPAIGN”.
7.2. The provider is not responsible for checking the details provided by the
winner.
7.3. There will no correspondence concerning the outcome of the “Sennheiser
SENNSATIONAL CAMPAIGN”.
Article 8: Publication
8.1. By signing the agreement, the participant expressly authorises the provider
to announce the name of the winner on the website, Youtube, Facebook,
Twitter and LinkedIn.
Article 9: Code of Conduct Promotional Games of Chance
The “Sennheiser SENNSATIONAL CAMPAIGN” is offered in accordance with the
Code of Conduct Promotional Games of Chance.
Article 10: Questions and Complaints
10.1. Participants with questions and/or complaints concerning the “Sennheiser
SENNSATIONAL CAMPAIGN” can contact Sennheiser by e-mail;
telecom@sennheiser.nl or by telephone on +31 (0)36 535 84 84.
Article 11: Liability
11.1. The provider strives to keep the services on the website available at all
times during the term of the “Sennheiser SENNSATIONAL CAMPAIGN”,
but the provider has the right to interrupt said access for any reason
whatsoever.
11.2. The provider does not in any way guarantee the accuracy of the
information provided by it to the participant.
11.3. The provider is not liable for losses, both direct and indirect losses of any
kind, resulting from (incorrect) information provided to it or that follows in
any way from participation in the “Sennheiser SENNSATIONAL
CAMPAIGN”.
11.4. The provider is not liable for losses, both indirect and direct losses of any
kind, caused by or in any other way related to award of the prize.
Article 12: Final provisions
12.1. The provider has the right to end the “Sennheiser SENNSATIONAL
CAMPAIGN” prematurely and/or to change the rules of the “Sennheiser
SENNSATIONAL CAMPAIGN” and/or not distribute the prizes, without
such giving rise to any liability.
12.2. Every agreement between the provider and the participant will be
governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted
exclusively to the competent court in the Amsterdam court district.

provider via the website;
l. participation period: 6 October up to and including 31 December 2014.
m. agreement: the participation agreement concluded between the participant
and the provider;
n. “Sennheiser SENNSATIONAL CAMPAIGN”: the promotional game of
chance offered by the provider;
o. winner: the participant who has won a prize;
p. participation: applying for an experience pack on the website and writing a
review.
Article 2: General
2.1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to the agreement as referred to
in Article 1e of these General Terms and Conditions.
2.2. If one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are void or
are declared void, the remaining provisions of the General Terms and

Article 11: Liability

Article 12: Final provisions
12.1. The provider has the right to end the “Sennheiser SENNSATIONAL
CAMPAIGN” prematurely and/or to change the rules of the “Sennheiser
SENNSATIONAL CAMPAIGN” and/or not distribute the prizes, without
such giving rise to any liability.
12.2. Every agreement between the provider and the participant will be
governed exclusively by Belgium law. Any disputes will be submitted
exclusively to the competent court of Brussels.
