Pataikos, dwarf figure standing on two crocodiles, the head of the right crocodile is broken off.
The crocodiles are looking forward, this is the only object in this collection that has this feature.
In his hands the dwarf is holding two sticks. On its shoulders on each side a falcon is seated,
behind the ears. The figure is standing against a kind of pillar in the shape of a goddess with
wings, she is carved into the pillar. She has a sundisk and horns on her head, her face seems like
that of a lioness. On the head of the figure a scarab is carved. There is a hole for a string behind
the shoulders.

Pataikos, dwarf figure. His feet stand on a pedestal, but they are barely visible. He has
crooked legs and a protruding bottom. He has a small protruding belly . His hands are fists
and his crooked arms are stretched alongside his body. His breasts are indicated. His face is
a bit crudely made and his head is bald. His ears are very simple. There is a hole for a string
at the back of his face. The entire figure is stretched a bit to long, which gives him an odd

Small double faced and bodied Pataikos. Very crudely made, but it is visible that is a dwarf.
The bodies are very small and crunched together. The faces are very crude and barely
anything is recognisable, though this is not strange because it is a very small object. There
is a hole for a string in the middle, behind the lower part of the faces. there could be a
scarab on the head, but it is not clearly visible. there are some indication that it might be
though.

the belly. There is a hole for a string behind his head

The amulet has a lot of attributes. It stands on two crocodiles, it has two sticks or feathers in
its hands, in its mouth he has two snakes which seem to come from his arms. On this head is
a scarab. He has a back pillar with inscriptions. These inscriptions are very crude however
and unreadable, though they look like animals. They might be the same inscriptions as on
F1955/2.31, so cryptographic names of Amon, but because it is not really legible it is difficult
to determine. The amulet also has some signs beneath the base.

description
F 1955/2.31 is a different kind of Pataikos then the three others just mentioned. The
Pataikos is standing on two crocodiles. These crocodiles are special because only one has his
head to the front of the statue. The other one faces to the back of the object with his tail in
front. This rendering of the crocodiles is unique to this collection and they are also very
detailed. He holds sticks in his hands and has snakes in his mouth. He seems to have a tight
cap around his head with a scarab on top. Next to him stands the moon god Chonsoe with a
moon disk and crescent on his head. They stand against a back slab with cryptographic
inscriptions on the back about Amun: ‘Light-scarab-noblemen ’ (IAXw-tA-ms=Imn ) , ‘LotusLion-Ram ’ (srp.t-mAj–srjw=sms ) , which means ‘Amun the elder’. This is a common title of
Amun in papyri and also occurs one some Pataikos . Below the feet there are inscriptions
too with titles of Amon-Re.
