For each pan of lasagna combine 7.5 cups beef + 1 bag marinara. STEP #6 Spray pan(s) with pan release. STEP #7 For each pan, layer the ingredients as follows: 1st Layer: 4 cups sauce (beef and marinara) 2nd Layer: 7 uncooked noodles 3rd Layer: 4 cups sauce 4th Layer: 3 cups cottage cheese 5th Layer: 2 cups shredded mozzarella 6th Layer: 6 uncooked noodles 7th Layer: 4 cups sauce 8th Layer: 3 cups shredded mozzarella STEP #8 Spray aluminum foil with pan release. Tightly cover the pan(s) with parchment paper then with aluminum foil. STEP #9 Bake the lasagna at 375 degrees F for 40 minutes or until the lasagna reaches 165 degrees F. Carefully remove the pan from the oven and uncover. Continue baking for 5 minutes, uncovered, or until the surface of the lasagna is golden brown. Let the lasagna stand for 15 minutes at room temperature before cutting.
