Arrow key Metering mode (EOS 450D).

Adjusting the exposure time:
Adjusting the exposure time with the Main dial.
Meanwhile controlling the result of the exposure
metering via the view finder or on the Shooting
Settings Display by using the Exposure level
indicator.
With activated LiveView -Shoot the result will
visualized on the LCD-Display.

Quick start guide
Setting the aperture:
Select the aperture (only the calibrated range
F4 – F11) with the Main dial and simultaneously pressing the Aperture/Exposure
compensation button.
Meanwhile controlling the result of the exposure
metering via the view finder or on the Shooting
Settings Display by using the Exposure level
indicator.
Selected aperture values will be fix.

capturing mode:
You can enter via the menu Quality
by using the Menu button and select
the image-recording quality RAW.
The option RAW+L allows the simultaneous
capturing of compressed image files for
documentation purposes.

Adjusting
the Auto Exposure Bracketing AEB with
±2 Exposure values (EV):
You can enter via the menu Quality by using the Menu
button and select the sub menu AEB.
After pressing the SET button you can select the AEB
amount via the Main-dial.
Finally pressing the SET button again to set it.

Drive mode selection:
You can enter via the Drive mode selection button.
Next step the Arrow keys or the Main dial are used to
choose the shooting mode.
Confirm by pressing the SET button.
Using Continous shooting:
This allows the user the release of all images be part
of an AEB, by one constant press on the Shutter button
of the camera.
Selecting of Self-timer/Remote
controlled shooting:
This allows the usage of a remote controller.
After one-time pressing the Shutter button of the

camera or the controller a 10-sec. delay appears and

Copying the image data:
The image data can be copied to the PC by using the
Canon EOS Utility Software.
After that the data can be converted and analysed with
the LMK LabSoft software.

Playback button, it is possible to have a first view
and check of the images without the PC.
