PROCESS FLOW FOR BSNL TUNE ACTIVATION
• One of the modes of Activation of PRBT wherein BSNL TUNES will be activated for
Customers by the Retailer for Prepaid users only.
• BSNL Prepaid Customer will walk up to a Retailer or a Retailer will inform a Customer
about the latest content.
• Retailers can activate BSNL TUNES subscription & Activate the song for the Customers.
• Customer will select one of them and request for provision ( BSNL TUNES subscription
& Activation of song) by paying Rs 40.00 to Retailer.
• Retailer will sends SMS (Toll Free) in the specified format to the short code as
mentioned below:

• Promo Code is the Song Code for the BSNL TUNE to be activated for Customer.
• MSISDN is the Mobile Number pertaining to the Customer for Activation of BSNL TUNE.
• MPIN is the secret code that belongs to the retailer and is an unique number for each
and every retailer.
