3 STEPS FOR COMPARING & ORDERING DECIMALS

1. Write the decimals in a column, lining up the
decimal points.

2. If necessary, write zeros to the right of the decimals
so that all decimals have the same number of decimal
places.
3. Compare place values from left to right.
