I agree to be bound to the “Racing Rules of Sailing 2013/2016”, to the Federazione Italiana Vela Rules, under which jurisdicion this
Regata is sailed, to the Regata Instructions and to the Class Rules. I also declare to undertake every responsibility on myself for
damages to the persons and to my pown or thirdyparties things, at seaor ashor, in conseguence of my partecipation in the Regata. All
those taking part in the event do so at their own risk and responsibility . The Organizing committee or any part involved with the
organization of the event disclaim any and every responsabilities , whatsoever for loss, damage, injury or inconvenience that might
occur to person and goods, both ashore and at sea as a consequence of partecipation in these races. This is drawn by the ISAF
Fundamental Rule 4 which states: “A boat is solely responsable for deciding whether or not to start or continue racing.” Each
participating boat shall have a valid third-party liability insurance with a minimum cover of Euro 1,000,000 or equivalent.
