VCI Packaging Materials

VCI film contains Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor
compounds that emit amine vapour that travel
to metal surfaces and protect them from
corrosion.

Made by one of the world’s reputable
companies specializing in VCI packaging who
have 2 R&D centres and 5 manufacturing plants
in China.

ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified

Customers include Bluescope, GE, Baosteel,
Posco, BMW, ArcelorMittal.

Features include antistatic, VCI for ferrous
metals or multi-metals, high strength, heat seal,
heat shrink.

1. Reinforced VCI Kraft paper
1. VCI Kraft paper with woven fabric or VCI
Kraft paper with woven scrim
2. Thickness of Kraft paper and woven fabric
can be customized. Roll width and length
available upto 3100mm and 2000 metres
respectively.
3. Applications: Hot-rolled, Cold rolled steel
coils or plates, their cutting and punching
parts, electrical steel, galvanized steel, tinplated plate, colour coated coils or plates,
aluminium-zinc coated coils or plates.

2. VCI PP woven Film
1. Construction: PP coating + PP woven
scrim + PP coating with Volatile
Corrosion Inhibitor layer. 90 -135gsm,
width and length available upto 3150mm
and 1500M respectively

protection, waterproof features and high
physical strength. It enhances packaging
efficiency. 100% recyclable.

1. VCI is surface coated to offer a higher
level of protection over VCI stretch films
