When these materials are combined properly they are more resistant than traditional steel armoring alone and is much lighter. These technologies have been developed by HPC’s with the most advanced technologies available passing every rigorous test. HPC Armoring Process – Floor and Ceiling Protection Flexible multi-layered ballistic material or steel is fixed to the entire floor and ceiling of the vehicle passenger compartment. These materials are designed to absorb bomb fragmentation and overhead shots. This Armor is concealed under the headliner, carpet and seats to maintain the original appearance of each vehicle. HPC Armoring Process – Transparent Armor HPC uses transparent armor manufactured by one of the worlds leading producers of ballistic glass. AGP’s formula, of quality, strict selection of materials, excellent craftsmanship and exhaustive process control makes possible the lightest and highest performing ballistic glass in the world while maintaining perfect optical transparency to counter ballistic threats. HPC Armoring Process – Transparent Armor Installation Skilled Technicians Windshields Tailgates Sidelights Sunroof Quaterlights Finest Transparent Armor and Rigorous Inspection HPC Armoring Process – Final Assembly Process Expert Technicians restore all interior components to their original appearance. HPC Armoring Process – Fit and Finish Fit and finish is all important in the armoring process. You want your armored vehicle to look like it just rolled out of the showroom Success is defined by a combination of complete ballistic protection and aesthetic appearance Passenger Protect Window Overlap System Overlaps protect around the edges of the glass surfaces allowing them to look like original equipment HPC Armoring Process – Final Inspection Attention to detail defines the rigorous final inspection process for all HPC vehicles by our expert technical staff HPC Armoring Process - Accessories In addition to armor protection, HPC offers a wide variety of optional equipment. Tire Spikes are just one example. Other options include: Smoke Screens, Oil Slick device, Hidden compartments, security lights, PA Siren systems all to suit specific customers needs. HPC Armoring Process – Battery Protection Anti-Ballistic Battery All original batteries are replaced with dry-cell batteries. This eliminates the threat of an exploding lead-acid based battery potentially rendering the vehicle in-operable. This is a Standard feature for all HPC armoring packages. HPC Armoring Process – Suspension, Shocks & Brakes High Protection Company recommends its clients begin the process with a heavier duty vehicle (e.g. Suburban, Land Cruiser, Excursion, Cherokee, Mercedes SUVs etc.) This assists in the modification process and minimizes any needed upgrades of the suspension, shocks and brakes. Each vehicle's suspension, shocks and brakes are assessed and are modified based on the needs of each vehicle. Additional high performance upgrades can be requested at additional cost and installed during production HPC Armoring Process – Tile Protection High An optional Run Flat Tire System allows the vehicle to travel up to 60 miles at 60 mph (depending on road conditions) on flattened tires. These are capable of temporarily carrying the weight of the vehicle, even after the tire has lost all air pressure. A sturdy “ring” is designed, molded and installed inside tire around the rim. When tires deflate, the ring supports the tire tread and preserves traction and control until arrival at a safe location. HPC Armoring Process – Tail Gate Options Convenient access with complete protection can be designed and achieved for all vehicle makes and models HPC Armoring Process – Available Accessories Smoke Screen Generators Oil slick Dispensers Siren, Lights & Public Address Systems Video Systems HPC Armoring Process – Available Accessories Dual Ram Bumpers Concealed behind both the front and the rear bumpers, this option allows each vehicle to ram their way out of a dangerous situation without causing inoperable damage to the armored vehicle. In addition, this modification prohibits corners of the vehicle from being rammed into the tires, which could render the vehicle incapable of escaping Dual Ram Bumpers HPC Armoring Process – Available Accessories Ballistic wrap, Anti-Explosive Fuel Tanks Can be installed on vehicles as part of our premium armor package. Designed to suppress explosions which may occur in the fuel tank if penetrated. Ballistic wrap, Anti-Explosive Fuel Tanks HPC Armoring Process – Available Accessories (cont.) At HPC we understand that many parts of a vehicle are vulnerable in an attack. Optional protection can be added to armor radiators to help by valuable time to escape in a pursuit situation. This protection may not be prudent under all circumstances, consult with your HPC advisor. Radiator Ballistic Protection HPC Armoring Process – Ballistic Protection HPC Armoring Process – Process Pricing - Pricing is based upon factors like: •Protection level •Options •Vehicle type •Destination. - Cost of vehicle is not included in armor package unless requested. - Overall price is the armoring price plus transportation & shipping, importation taxes and fees and insurance.
