PROBLEM STATEMENT
• PRESENT SYSTEM & LIMITATION
-Electrical system
- 2 x 11 kv feeders. Vulnerable to power quality incidents as 11 KV is
not CLEAN
-2 x 350KVA Diesel gen set for fab 1 and fab 2 , are to support
emergency lightings, scrubber and other emergency system
-Small UPSs to support some critical production equipment. NO back up
power for production.
-1800A Switch board for Chillers and other facilities equipment
under capacity
