LEAs cannot update student demographic, enrollment, or program data in TOMS. • Student accommodations and designated supports are not collected in CALPADS. • Student accommodations and supports cannot be uploaded by the LEA until CALPADS data is available in TOMS. (e.g., new enrollments must be uploaded to TOMS prior to accommodations for the newly enrolled student.)
