WHAT IS CINDER?
International non-profit organization
Main objetives:
 To promote and to encourage the study of subjects and matters relating to
registration
 To spread these studies and any other investigations related to
registration issues.
 To promote and spread Land Registration best practices throughout the
world
 To give advice to governments and other public institutions in the area of
Land Registration
 To promote the creation of centres of excelence on Land Registration
Law in different Universities throught the world
 To organize biennial International Conferences
