Goals • Enabling coordination of regional and subregional planning activities • Promote efficient development of the electric transmission system • Meet those reliability standards, criteria, policies and guidelines in effect in BC • Provide a forum for interaction with other utilities, SPGs and stakeholders within the Western Interconnection as transmission plans are developed Principles • Coordination • Openness • Information Exchange • Regional Participation Membership • Membership open to all parties • Two tiers of membership 1.
