Receivers All the yachts crew members employed on board when the application for the Crew Card is
submitted can take part in the contest.

The application must be performed on Italian website.
Contest conditions
It is possible to take part in the contest from 30th May 2014 to 31st October 2014, 24/7 on the website
www.marinagenova.it., where the participants will be asked to fill a registration form with the following
mandatory details and a few optional ones:
Name , Surname, e mail , telephone , boat telephone number , date of birth, nationality , boat’s name ,
position on board, boat’s dimensions, home port , current port, STCW nr. (Standard of training,
certification and watchkeeping)
Only one application for each participant will be considered and, therefore, each contestant could win only
one prize. Within 31st October 2014 at 24.00 the winners will be drawn under a Chamber of Commerce
Functionary’s supervision. It will be possible to accept only inscriptions where the IP address is shown and
consequently the geo position of the participant’s computer which will have to be exclusively in Italian
territory. Winners will be picked out by pulling out names form a ballot box. Winners will be contacted
and informed via e mail within two weeks from the extraction day. The contest will be advertised on the
Company’s website. Up to 5 reserve will be picked out in case the prizes is not claimed or cannot be given
(for example, if the address provided is not correct)
The full address c/o it is set the server to collect and manage all the data related to the contest, included
the database composed by all the participants’ personal details, is the following one:

Prizes nature and total value

Delivery conditions
Prizes will be delivered to the winners within 60 days from the win communication date. Prizes can be
either collected c/o Marina Genova Aeroporto or delivered to the winner at the promoter company’s
expenses (should the person be in Italian territory) or at the interested person’s expenses (should s/he be
outside the Italian territory). Possible reserves will be contacted in case the actual winners couldn’t be
reached within 30 days from the communication date or didn’t collect the prize by 31/12/2014. Should this
situation apply, prizes will be either collected by reserves or delivered to them at the above mentioned
conditions. Should any reserve (up to 5 contestant) be unavailable or unreachable, his prize will be

to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is
implicit in the communication protocols of Internet. This information is not collected to be associated with
identified involved persons, but by their very nature could allow users to be identified, through processing
and association with data held by third parties. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain
names of computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested
resources, time of the request, method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file obtained in
reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and
other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment. These data are used only to
obtain anonymous statistics on site usage and to check its correct functioning. The data could be used to
ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site and could be shown to the
competent Authority , if required. The IT system can generate a file called cookie which is automatically

These data are related to the user and include the registration date , the latest access date and the total
number of accesses and all past purchases, if existing. This internet site uses systems that analyze users’

targeted ads into the web pages.The system used is Google Analytics , a service of web analysis by Google
Inc. ( “Google”) Google Analytics like the other systems uses cookies files. The info gathered by the cookie
