Lugli Amedeo Precision Mechanics business was established in 1979 in a small workshop. Today it employs 25 workers on three shifts in a plant comprising multiple departments, with an overall surface of 1,800 sq. m. Production is organised in the following departments: milling, turning, grinding, 3D quality control and testing. In addition, the company also provides in a dedicated structure a functional unit assembly service with the integration of third-party components. Thanks to its cutting-edge equipment, efficient organisation and the high level of specialisation of its workers and technical personnel, the company obtained the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certification and was able to establish itself as a leader in the production of integrated components for the most complex industrial productions. Grinding and 3D Quality Control Compliance with pre-established quality standards is checked during the production process as well as at the end of it. Each work station is equipped with dimensional control systems and every department has a micrometer. The final inspection is carried out in the metrology room, where the geometrical and dimensional correspondence between the finished products and the relevant specifications is checked with DEA three-dimensional measuring equipment. Grinding is available for internal, external and plain surfaces. Centerless and threading grinding are also available. Assembly The company provides a functional unit assembly service, integrating components from several machining processes (not limited to turning and milling) and providing its customers with complete products. This one-stop solution means customers can entrust a single supplier with all phases of the machining and production process: manufacturing, assembly, packaging, logistics and shipment.
