Have you completed your Bachelor of Science program and do you pursue a Msc degree at TU/e, Radboud University, UT Twente or TU Delft ? The Océ Scholarship will provide a financial support of 5,000 Euro per year for the entire Master's degree two-year period. Océ Scholarship The scholarship will provide each awarded student with: Financial support of 5,000 euro per year for both years of the full-time MSc degree. A personal mentor: an Océ engineer who shares his/her technical knowledge and personal experiences with you, and who introduces you to the latest R&D activities as well as a wide network of industrial and academic specialists. A two-year professional development program focused on your development of required competences for various technology roles in the printing business. This program makes sure that you will be coached in a professional way, reflect on your personal development. Relevant workshops will also be part of the program. You will experience a real life environment at Océ during your study which enables you to make a solid choice for your future. Students who receive a scholarship are not obliged to graduate or work at Océ in return. Our aim is to challenge the students to collaborate in a special multi disciplinairy project and to present the outcome to the department managers who sponsor the scholarships. Who are we looking for? Students who like to be challenged. You combine expertise with influencing and decision making skills. You have (nearly) completed a BSc and are pursuing a MSc program at: Delft University of Technology Eindhoven University of Technology University of Twente Radboud University MSc programs in following areas are eligible for the Océ Scholarship: Systems & Control Applied Physics Computer Engineering Computer Science Embedded Systems Electrical Engineering Applied Mathematics Chemistry Mechanical Engineering What are the required application documents? 1. An up-to-date resume. 2. We highly appreciate it if you add the activities you performed besides your regular study program. 3. A BSc diploma, a certified* copy by the university. If you are still in the process of completing your BSc program, you need to provide a certified list of academic transcripts (see.3) or a certified* Proof of Progress statement from your partner university stating that you are on track to complete all degree requirements and will graduate on time before the commencement of the MSc program. 4. List of academic transcripts (course results) of each academic year of your Bachelor of Science program, including the Cumulative Grade Point Averages (CPGA). A certified* copy by the university will need to be provided. For the Océ Scholarship, a CGPA of at least 75% of the scale maximum is required for courses over all of the BSc academic years. 5. MSc program registration excerpt or admission letter from one of the named universities. This can be a certified* document from the university stating that you have been registered or provisionally accepted onto the MSc program. 6. A self-written motivation letter in English. 700 words. 7. Motivation letter should give an answer to the question: "How would you overcome existing technical challenges in order to design future Océ products?" Please reflect your personal career ambition and motivate your answer in the motivation letter. * Note: The applicant can complete the online application by providing non-certified copies of application documents. The scholarship will be only granted under condition that the complete certified copies of application documents are received by 7 October, 2014. Termination of studies by the student and/or a negative study progress evaluation during the two year full-time MSc program will result in the termination of the awarded scholarship.
