From idea to complete plastic detail
Konstruktion
(CAD)
Konstruktion sker med Solid Works
och NC-beredning med MASTERCAM. Vi är ofta med i utvecklingsprojekt från idé till färdig produkt.
Med CAD-”datan” som underlag
kan vi tillverka en plastprototyp
(SLA-modell).
Design (CAD)
The design is carried out by Solid
Works, the NC preparation by
MASTERCAM. We often participate
in the delopment work from the
first idea to the finished product. A
prototype of plastic material can be
manufactured from the CAD data.

Verktygstillverkning
(CAM)
Tillverkning av verktygskomponenter
och gnistelektroder sker med NCstyrda fräsar via CAM- beredning. Vi
har även utrustning för sänkgnistning
och svarvning.
Vi har mångårig erfarenhet av framtagning av verktyg i egen regi samt hos
externa tillverkare i Sverige och Asien.
Detta garanterar en optimal lösning för
våra kunder.
3D-printer
I vår 3D-printer kan vi snabbt och enkelt tillverka prototyper
utifrån era idéer. Detta är en utmärkt möjlighet att kunna se
och testa den “färdiga” detaljen innan verktyget är tillverkat.

Tillverkning
Modern maskinpark med 44 formsprutor i storlek från 20 ton upp till
500 tons låskraft.
Vi har maskiner som kan formspruta
detaljer med upp till tre ingående
material (2K och 3K).

Montering
För att kunna vara konkurrenskraftiga
på montering i stora serier till t.ex.
elektronikindustrin, har vi investerat
i rationella robotmonteringsceller
med bl.a. visionkameror som övervakar de olika momenten i montaget
och larmar vid fel.
Vi utför även enklare manuella
monteringsarbeten i små och
medelstora serier.
Assembly
To enable us to compete with the
assembly in large series, e.g. for
the electronic industry, we have
invested in rational robot assembly
cells provided with vision cameras
for monitoring the different stages
of the assembly and triggering off
alarm, if any failure occurs.
We also take on simple manual
assembly work in small and
medium sized series.
Tampotryck
Vi har tampotryck i direkt anslutning
till produktion, 4-färgs tryckmaskiner,
totalt 5 liner.
Pad printing
We have pad printing directly
connection to the production, 4-color
printing machines, a total of 5 lines.

Fordonsindustrin
Allt fler detaljer i våra bilar tillverkas
av plast. Kraven på kvalitet, material
och finish är mycket stora. Ofta ingår
ytbehandlingar av olika slag, vilket
ytterligare höjer kraven. Även montering till färdiga enheter förekommer.
Vi är certifierade enligt fordonsindustrins norm ISO TS 16949.
Automotive industry
Components for our cars are to an
ever increasing extent manufactured
of plastic. The demands upon material
quality and finish are severe. Surface
treatment of different kinds is often
required, a fact that further increases
the demands. Assembling to finished
units also occurs. We are certified
according to the automotive
Industry´s standard ISO TS 16949.
