Partnership Government and Industry 9 Per October 2012 Our Objective The main objective of the project is, through industry cooperation and knowledge of arctic technology needs, to contribute to the growth of the Russian and Norwegian based industry participation in future petroleum endeavours in the High North. The overiding goal is to support an environmental and safe development of petroleum resources in the High North through increased Russian-Norwegian energy cooperation. 10 Our Tasks Mobilize the Russian and Norwegian industry to: 1. Assess common technology challenges Russia and Norway face in the development of the High North 2. Analyze existing technologies, methods and best practice Russian and Norwegian Industry can offer for the High North today 3.
